Diploma in Business Studies
Objectives
This qualification is expected to be delivered minimum of 12 months for full-time study. Centres should make sure the Total Qualification Times (TQM) or National Learning Hours (NLH) are covered as per the qualification requirements. This programme is flexible and delivered face-to-face, distance learning, through lectures, tutorials, seminars.
Entry Requirements
Student must have completed a GCSE Qualification and achieved a grade C or above in English and Maths subjects. It is expected that a student would normally have the maturity to undertake this programme at the age of 17.
Progression
The successful candidates have wider opportunity to progress onto the higher-level qualifications. As this qualification is in Level 3 with 60 credits, the candidates are eligible to gain a direct entry into a Bachelor’s first year degree programmes with their work experience.
